1.QUALITY ASSURANCE (IPQA)
Position : Executive/Senior Executive
Qualification: B. Pharm./M. Pharm./M.Sc.
Experience : 3 to 9 Years
Required Skills:
1.Providing line clearances during the manufacturing activities like
Dispensing, Manufacturing, Visual inspection, Packing and Dispatch activities
2.Collection and submission of in process samples, finished product
samples, stability samples, control samples, cleaning samples and other samples as described in respective procedures/batch manufacturing records and packing records/protocol
3.Performing AQL inspection and periodic inspection of control samples
4.Review of the executed batch manufacturing records, batch packing records and protocols
5.Preparation and evaluation of the visual inspection defect set, test set and qualification of Visual inspectors
6.Person should have exposure on QMS elements (CAPA, Change control, Deviation)
2.PRODUCTION PHARMA
Position : Officer/Senior Officer
Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc.
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Required Skills:
1.Hands on experience in Operation & Cleaning of Vial Washing machine, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Automatic, Terminal sterilization, Vial Filling and Vial Sealing machine & Automatic PFS filling machine
2.Hands on experience in Operation & Cleaning Lyophilizers with Auto Loading & Unloading Systems (ALUS)
3.Exposure in Aseptic process activities, Aseptic Techniques, Aseptic filling & sealing activities and Media fill activities
4.Execution Knowledge on manufacturing and compounding activities
Position: Executive & Senior Executive
Qualification: M. Pharmacy/B. Pharmacy
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Required Skills:
1.Hands on experience in Manufacturing, filtration, Filling, Lyophilization, Sealing, Pre & post Manufacturing activities

3.QUALITY CONTROL
Position: Executive

3. Handling of Assay of Heparin sodium & Enoxaparin sodium is preferable

5.Handling of HPLC/GC with empower Software
6.Handling of UV Visible Instrument, KF and Potentiometer with Tiamo Software
7.Handling of IR Instrument, Polarimeter, Melting Point Apparatus, Ion Chromatography
Handling of AAS instrument, ICPMS and NMR
8.Knowledge and preventive maintenance of laboratory instrument like HPLC,GC,UV,IR,IC, AAS, ICP-MS, NMR, KF, Potentiometer, TOC
4.Microbiology
Position: Associate – PG
Qualification: M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology)
Experience: Freshers
Required Skills:
1.Candidate should be aware of basic microbiology techniques
