Position: Sales Manager
Location: Jeedimetla, Hyderabad
Experience: 12–15 Years
Qualification: Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pharma machinery sales including isolators, seals, containment systems, pumps, and valves.
- Develop and execute export sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, agents, and international customers.
- Identify and expand territories across global markets.
- Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings and follow-ups.
- Overseas travel for business development, trade shows, and client visits.
- Perform market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Collaborate with logistics, production, marketing, and finance teams to fulfill orders.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights for management.
- Must have experience with pharmaceutical equipment (API, formulation, injectable machinery).
- Team-handling experience of 2–3 engineers is mandatory.
- Export marketing and overseas travel exposure is an added advantage.
