Job Summary
The selected candidate will lead Business Process Transformation across major functions including:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Supply Chain
- R&D
- New Product Development
This role requires strong strategic thinking and deep expertise in process transformation.
Required Skills & Attributes
Technical Skills
- Experience in Business Process Transformation, Re-engineering, Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping
- Exposure to Sales, Marketing, SCM, and R&D transformation projects
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, X-Matrix, Hoshin Kanri
- Expertise in Strategic Planning & Business Processes
- Proficiency in Data Analytics, visualization, insights generation
- Experience with TRIZ, JTBD, DFSS methodologies
Behavioural Skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead independent projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
