Position: QC Manager / Assistant Manager
Experience Required: 8+ Years
Industry Preference: Sterile Injectable / Parenteral Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead QC (Chemical + Microbiology) operations for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process testing, finished product, and stability studies.
- Manage and oversee microbiology testing including Sterility, Bioburden, MLT, BET, EM, and Water Analysis as per pharmacopeial standards.
- Operate, manage, and calibrate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, Dissolution, LAF, BSC, Autoclaves.
- Review analytical and microbiology datasets, COAs, and manage OOS/OOT investigations, RCA, and CAPA closure.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, ALCOA+, and maintain strong documentation practices.
- Support regulatory audits (WHO, ISO, FSSAI, client audits).
- Drive method validation, competency development, and continuous QC lab improvements.
