Job Description:
We have an immediate requirement for Manager to Sr Manager (Civil-Industrial Projects) for VIRCHOW BIOTECH PVT LTD, Hyderabad.
1) He Should be able to execute and handle industrial projects independently based on the direction of the Directors.
2) Well versed with preparation of site layout and design in detail with civil structures.
3) Should be fluent in English communication.
4) Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
5) Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and consultants.
6) Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
7) Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
8) Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
9) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
10) Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
11) Manage budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities.
12) Resolve project issues and handle change order processes.
13) Should be able to work in overseas as well based on the management direction.
