Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech
Experience: 2 – 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for QC, Production, and Instrumentation systems.
- Manage Windows Server Administration and system configuration.
- Handle network connectivity, data backup, and hardware maintenance.
- Support application and infrastructure troubleshooting across pharma operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system uptime and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, and audit requirements.
Desired Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Windows Server & System Administration.
- Knowledge of GxP-compliant IT environments.
- Familiarity with pharma-specific applications and instrumentation interfaces.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
